Hello, I'm Gina!
Gina grew up in Prescott and graduated from Prescott High school. She went to college in Flagstaff, AZ and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree Secondary Education, with an Emphasis in Business. She worked as a high school Business teacher for 13 years, and during her last two years as a teacher, became involved in the real estate business as well.
Gina and her husband had their first son in 2001, and another son in 2006. After their 2nd child was born, Gina decided to become a full time real estate professional. She has had incredible success working as a Realtor, and is an expert negotiator, helping buyers to get the best price for their home purchase.
When Gina lists a property for sale, she enlists the help of a professional photographer for her virtual tours and still photos, and advertises each of her listings on 30+ nationally known real estate websites. All homes listed by Gina are also advertised in our local real estate Home Guide, which is located in hundreds of area restaurants, hotels, and street kiosks.
Gina is passionate about animals, and is in partnership with our Yavapai Humane Society. This organization does amazing things for homeless pets in the Prescott area, and relies 100% on private donations to survive. Gina donates $200.00 to YHS each time she is hired to buy or sell a home for a client. In addition, she “adopts a kennel” for one year on behalf of each of her clients, and YHS places a plaque on each kennel she adopts. She contributes significantly to their yearly gala, purchasing tables for her clients during the previous year, and inviting them to attend as her guest.
